Employees of the Main Directorate of the STS in Luhansk region conducted 96 audits of business entities on compliance with current legislation on the regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit, alcohol beverages, tobacco products and fuel during January – June 2020.
During the audits, the number of 100 legislative violations governing the turnover of excisable goods was identified. Of these, 32 cases of the retail trade of alcohol beverages at prices below the established minimum retail prices. In total, according to the audit results, the amount of 2 million 747.8 thousand UAH was additionally accrued.
In addition, the excisable product group for 9.26 million UAH was seized from illicit turnover during January – June 2020.
