Taxpayer Service Centers have been established for comfortable service of the taxpayers who wish to receive tax consultations and other administrative services that fall within the STS’s competence.
To bring services closer to individuals and legal entities, to provide convenient and affordable conditions for receiving services, the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Dnipropetrovsk region went to the taxpayers on a mobile TSC.
“Mobile TSC was created to address urgent tax issues, provide convenient and affordable conditions for declaring and receiving services and services by individuals and legal entities, improving the image of tax authorities, improving the efficiency of working conditions” – emphasized acting Head of the Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region Olha Mazur.
Mobile TSC has the following tasks:
- provision of administrative services and consultations as soon as possible;
- improving the quality of administrative services;
- acceptance of reports;
- informing about the procedure for providing administrative services;
- informing about the implemented electronic services of the Tax service and privileges of the “Electronic cabinet”.
Mobile TSC as a service unit also provides free software to the taxpayers for formation and submission of taxpayer’s reports in the electronic form.
As of today, the mobile TSC has started its work and provides services.
“Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region joined the Volunteer Movement to provide administrative services and consultations to people with disabilities and other people with special needs and a mobile TSC went to the Dnipropetrovsk Training and Production Association of Ukrainian Society of the Blind “LUCH”” – reported Head of the Tax services department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region Alla Svirska.
Mobile TSC this is the first time that it is not needed to go for administrative tax services and administrative services came to you!
