The budget has received 16 million UAH as a result of claim work conducted by the Tax service of Poltava region since the beginning of 2020

Main Directorate of the STS in Poltava region reported that during the 1^st half of 2020, the number of 1681 cases were pending in courts of various instances totaling 7 billion 546.6 million UAH, the party of which if the STS’s bodies of Poltava region.

Total number of cases under consideration consists of the following cases: 1363 cases totaling 4 billion 111.4 million UAH (including 225 cases amounting 912.6 million UAH) were initiated in 2020 on the taxpayers’ claims); as of the regional STS’s lawsuits there are 318 cases totaling 3 billion 435.2 million UAH (including 74 cases for 28.5 million UAH initiated in 2020).

Of these, 298 cases totaling 329.6 million UAH were considered and resolved: 167 cases for 183.7 million UAH in favor of the State Tax Service and 131 cases for 145.9 million UAH in the taxpayers’ favor.

As of the beginning of July 2020, the number of 4 cases for 17.2 million UAH was pending the courts’ decision on the taxpayers’ claims for recovery of budget VAT arrears. Of these, 2 cases for 4.8 million UAH were considered and resolved in favor of the State Tax Service; others are under consideration, decisions on which have not been made as of the reporting date.

The budget received 15.8 million UAH according to the lawsuit results during January – June 2020.
