219 court cases have been resolved in favor of the state since the beginning of 2020 in Dnipropetrovsk region

As of the 1^st of July 2020, the number of 7827 cases of various categories totaling 16.2 billion UAH was pending in courts with the participation of the tax authorities of Dnipropetrovsk region.

Of cases considered by the courts during the 1^st half of this 2020, the number of 544 cases totaling 2.3 billion UAH was resolved in favor of the regional tax authorities.

Of the total number of administrative cases on the taxpayers’ claims, the majority are cases of expired / invalid tax notifications – decisions.

Thus, since the beginning of 2020, the number of 4957 such cases totaling 9.8 billion UAH has been pending in the courts. Of considered cases, the number of 219 cases totaling 420.5 million UAH was resolved in favor of the tax authorities.
