Local budgets of Dnipropetrovsk region were replenished by 7 billion 397 million UAH of the personal income tax during the 1st half of 2020

One of the main budget-forming taxes is the personal income tax. Gradual increase of the PIT’s revenues is very important for local budgets of the region.

Given that the country is taking measures to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus in Ukraine, the funds coming to local budgets of the region are a significant lever for this counteraction.

According to the results of the 1^st half of 2020, taxpayers paid 7.397.2 million UAH of the personal income tax to local budgets, which is 344.2 million UAH more than during the same period in 2019.
