1.350.3 million UAH of funds was reimbursed to 632 current value added tax payers’ accounts 1 during January – June 2020 in Lviv region. This was reported by the Legal entities taxes and fees department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Lviv region.
1.460.1 million UAH was claimed for reimbursement to 630 current tax payers’ accounts during the 1st half of 2020. The average monthly claims amounted 243.4 million UAH. Average monthly claims are by 5% less than the level of 2019 (256.8 million UAH).
As of the 1st of July 2020, the total balance of unreimbursed VAT amounts has been decreased by 77 million UAH by 15% comparing to the beginning of 2020.
427.5 million UAH of the VAT was not reimbursed, of which: 280.6 million UAH from new claims in June 2020, taking into account clarifying calculations; 130.4 million UAH is under unscheduled audits carried out within the legally established term and audit pending materials; 0.5 million UAH in the passive balance (judicial bodies, administrative appeals); 16.0 million UAH included in the Provisional Register and awaiting legislative regulation (VAT amounts declared before the 1st of February 2016).
