Local budgets of Zaporizhzhia region received 3 million 186 thousand UAH of the transport tax (without data of large taxpayers registered at Zaporizhzhia Department of the STS’s Large taxpayers office) during the 1st half of 2020.
According to Head of the Main Directorate of the STS in Zaporizhzhia region Roman Afonov, companies, institutions and organizations paid more than 2 million UAH; treasuries received more than a million UAH from citizens.
Namely, owners of luxury cars transferred 1.5 million UAH to Zaporizhzhia budget, Melitopol and Veselivskyi – 402 thousand UAH, Orikhivskyi and Huliaipilskyi – 267 thousand UAH, Berdyansk and Primorskyi – 259 thousand UAH, Polohivskyi, Bilmatskyi and Rozivskyi – 176 thousand UAH, Vasylivskyi and Mykhailivskyi – 148 thousand UAH, etc.
In total in Zaporizhzhia region there are 121 business entities – legal entities and 80 individuals – entrepreneurs who have taxable vehicles at their disposal. It should be reminded that the transport tax rate is 25 thousand UAH per year. It is paid for cars with a release date of up to five years and average market value of more than 375 times the minimum wage.
