Main Directorate of the STS in Rivne region received 92 requests for public information during January – August 2020.
Most requests for public information (66) came from individuals. 25 requests for public information were received from legal entities and 1 request was received from media representatives.
Questionnaires, particularly requested information about:
- activities of business entities;
- providing copies of documents;
- information about third parties;
- the state of tax revenues;
- providing information on tax payments.
According to the consideration results, 71 requests were satisfied (77% of the total number) according to Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine as of 13.01.2011 №2939-VI “On access to public information”; 18 requests (20% of the total number) were denied; 3 requests for information (3% of the total) were sent to appropriate information managers.
