Local budgets received 2089 million UAH during January – August 2020, of which 296.3 million UAH was received in August 2020. Level of revenues to local communities of Chernivtsi region has increased almost by 58.5 million UAH comparing to last year’s revenues.
The main sources that fill local budgets are the personal income tax, single tax, property tax and excise tax. As follows, revenues from the personal income tax have amounted 1.366.9 million UAH.
As for the contribution to local budgets made by representatives of the simplified taxation system is 308.6 million UAH.
276.7 million UAH is the property tax revenues (the land payment – 233.3 million UAH; real estate other than land tax – 43.4 million UAH).
Excise tax on the retail sale of excisable products filled local budgets with 70.6 million UAH.
In addition, local budgets received 26.1 million UAH from Bukovina businessmen for the use of forest, subsoil and water; income tax – 20.1 million UAH; licenses fees for the wholesale and retail sale of alcohol beverages and tobacco products – 10.1 million UAH.
“Dynamics of tax payments credited to the local budgets largely depends on the active position of community, which should insist that all business entities and citizens meet their tax obligations. Legal business activity, regulation of land relations with all land users and landowners, as well as close control over the tax discipline of those who use land for commercial gain, makes it possible to increase tax payments, which are budget-forming for local communities” – stated Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Chernivtsi region Vitalii Shpak.
