Specialists of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region conducted 202 actual audits of business entities regarding the control in turnover of excisable products during January – August 2020, during which 218 legislative violations were identified. Total amount of accrued financial sanctions is 19 million 952 thousand UAH.
“Most often, business entities carried out the retail sale of alcohol beverages and tobacco products without licenses (38 cases)” – commented acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region Olha Mazur.
In addition, there was identified: 34 facts of the retail sale and 3 facts of the wholesale of fuel without a license; 34 facts of sale of alcohol beverages at prices below the minimum retail prices; 37 facts of sale of alcohol beverages for bottling; 13 facts of sale of tobacco products at prices higher than the maximum; 26 facts of not equipping tanks with the level flow-meters and / or flow meters; 22 facts of un- timely submission of certificate of actual fuel balances; 4 facts of sale of tobacco products individually; 4 facts of storage of alcohol beverages and tobacco products without the excise tax marks; 1 fact of retail sale of fuel through the registrar of calculated operations which is not specified in the license; 1 fact of storage of alcohol beverages in a place not included in the Unified State Register of storage places and 1 fact of production of alcohol beverages without the excise tax marks of the established sample.
