There are 27 Taxpayers service centers (TSC) created at the state tax inspections of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region where the taxpayers can receive a wide range of services: information, advisory and administrative. In addition, there is a mobile TSC which began its work.
Centers provide 31 types of administrative services.

In total during January – August 2020, employees of the TSC processed 188.9 thousand appeals regarding administrative and other services, of which 184.1 thousand was provided administrative services.
In connection with adoption of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 20.05.2020 №392 “On the quarantine to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus SARS-Co-V-2 and stages of anti-epidemic measures mitigation”, the taxpayers are accepted by a preliminary appointment. For correspondence and taxpayers’ reporting who are not able to use electronic services, there are mailboxes placed in buildings of the TSC in order to limit personal communication of the TSC’s employees with the taxpayers.
