6742 cases of various categories totaling 15 billion UAH were under consideration in courts with participation of tax authorities of Dnipropetrovsk region as of the 1st of October 2020.
800 cases of the cases considered by courts since the beginning of this year totaling 3.2 billion UAH have been resolved in favor of the regional tax authorities.
Of the total number of administrative cases on taxpayers’ lawsuits, the majority are cases of invalidation / expiration of tax notifications – decisions. 3692 such cases totaling 8.6 billion UAH have been pending in courts since the beginning of 2020. Of these cases, 296 cases totaling 547.7 million UAH have been resolved in favor of the tax authorities.
