According to the Tax debt department of Main Directorate of the STS in Vinnytsia region, the tax debt to the consolidated budget decreased by 32.7 million UAH or 3.3% during 9 months of 2020. Therefore, as of the 1st of October 2020, its amount, taking into account the debt of bankruptcies, is 958.7 million UAH.
The biggest amounts of tax debt reduction came from income tax – by 54.2 million UAH, value added tax – by 26.6 million UAH and personal income tax – by 18.8 million UAH. At the same time, there is an increase in the tax debt from the land payment, namely by 41.1 million UAH, excise tax – by 0.6 million UAH and other taxes – by 25.2 million UAH.
Tax specialists also added that due to taking measures to debtor enterprises, revenues to the consolidated budget were provided in the amount of 69.9 million UAH during January – September 2020. The biggest revenues in terms of the main types of taxes were recorded from the value added tax – 37.5 million UAH, land payment – 8.7 million UAH, income tax – 6.1 million UAH, personal income tax – 2.9 million UAH.
Specifically, due to the sale of debtors’ property (movable and immovable, integral property complexes, property of bankrupts) during January – September 2019, amount of 3.7 million UAH was allocated to budgets of all levels. At the same time, 7.6 million UAH was collected from bank accounts to enforce court decisions to repay the tax debt and 0.4 million UAH was collected from executive accounts through executive documents.
