Financial contribution of Volyn residents for the needs of Ukrainian army is 240.7 million UAH of paid military levy during January – September 2020.
This is 6.4% more than during the same period in 2019.
Main Directorate of the STS in Volyn region recalls that receiving a legal salary and other official income, everyone makes a reasonable financial contribution for needs of the national army every month.
“Given conditions of military confrontation, the security of each of us and the state as a whole largely depends on the timely financing of defense measures. Everyone can take care of their quality and timeliness by paying taxes honestly” – emphasized acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Volyn region Olga Lishchynska.
Tax official emphasized that the coronary crisis has significantly affected the taxpayers’ business plans, but most of them remain conscientious in performing their tax obligations.
“Proper tax discipline is a constitutional duty not only of business entities but also of citizens. To counter external challenges in a timely manner, the state needs funds. Therefore, everyone who works must understand that security and social protection depend on their conscience in paying taxes” – summarized Olga Lishchynska.
