Taxpayers of Luhansk region submitted 90 applications for budgetary VAT reimbursement to the bank accounts. Total amount of claimed budgetary reimbursement amounted 99.2 million UAH during January – September 2020. Number of 99 applications was submitted totaling 132.95 million UAH during the corresponding period in 2019.
According to the processing results of submitted applications, it was established that amount of the VAT, which is subject to budgetary reimbursement to the taxpayer’s bank account, was overstated by 15.8 million UAH during 9 months of 2020.
70.7 million UAH of the value added tax claimed for budgetary reimbursement has already been returned to current tax payer’s bank account.
