Issue of reducing the tax debt is under the constant control of Main Directorate of the STS in Chernihiv region.
Specialists of the Tax debt department noted that the tax debt repayment amounted 54 million UAH and was transferred to budgets of all levels during January – September 2020 (almost 20 million UAH or 37% more than during the corresponding period in 2019). Of this amount, almost 35 million UAH was transferred to the state treasury (14.7 million UAH or 42% more than during the corresponding period in 2019).
In order to repay the tax debt, specialists of Main Directorate of the STS in Chernihiv region send tax claims to debtors, file lawsuits to recover debts, issue collection orders to the debtors’ accounts in banking institutions.
Tax debt department conducts relevant work to repay the single contribution debt, which as of the beginning of October 2020 amounts 228.8 million UAH. According to results of taken measures, the SSC revenues from the debt repayment amounted 26.5 million UAH.
Reminder! Taxpayers constantly need to monitor payment status of the single contribution and presence (absence) of arrears from the specified and other payments.
