Main Directorate of the STS in Rivne region conducted audits during January – September 2020 and identified 108 employees without proper registration of labor relations.
Please note that as of today the new approaches to analytics during control and verification work allow to identify risky areas of activity of business entities. In particular, due to the analysis of data from open informational sources (publicly available state registers, open data sets, databases of government agencies, etc.), the tax specialists pay attention to employers who do not formalize employment relationships with employees.
Control measures resulted in exposing 36 cases of payment of salaries by enterprises and individuals – entrepreneurs (or other incomes) to citizens with violation of current tax legislation. According to the audit results, the budget additionally received 933.8 thousand UAH of the personal income tax, 77.7 thousand UAH of military levy and 73.6 thousand UAH of the single contribution.
