78 taxpayers (legal entities) received reimbursement totaling 824.6 million UAH of the value added tax during January – September 2020.
According to acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region Dmytro Prokofiev, as of today, there are no opportunities for business’ manipulation with the VAT reimbursement, as the whole process has become open, automatic and clear. Procedure for reimbursement of the value added tax takes place within the established legislative time limits. No violations were identified regarding the timing of audits.
“Due to the value added tax reimbursement, the working capital of business entities is replenished in a timely manner which guarantees development and possibility of increasing production volumes. Reimbursement of the value added tax is transparent, as the electronic system makes it impossible to carry out any fraud. Legality of business, the electronic format of communication with the Tax service and the absence of risky operations – these are the important factors that allow the one to receive the VAT reimbursement on time” – stated Dmytro Prokofiev.
