Budgets of all levels received more than 1.1 billion UAH of taxes and fees from taxpayers of Chernihiv region in October 2020, which is 19% or 186 million UAH more than during the corresponding in 2019.
Of these funds, 43% or 488 million UAH was allocated to the state budget. The increase has amounted to 30% or 113 million UAH comparing to October 2019. Significant excess of the last year’s revenues on the collection of value added tax is 1.6 times (+ 90.9 million UAH), income tax – almost 3 times (+ 5.6 million UAH), personal income tax and military levy – by 17.9% (+ 25.5 million UAH), rent for special use of forest resources – 1.7 times (+ 3.2 million UAH).
Local budgets of all levels received more than 640 million UAH taxes and fees in October 2020. The increase has amounted to 12.8% or 72.7 million UAH comparing to October 2019.
More than 59% of the amount received by local budgets is personal income tax, namely 379 million UAH, which is 17.8% or 57.3 million UAH more than in 2019. More than 13.6% of amounts was directed to the budget from the property tax payment (for land, real estate and transport – 87.2 million UAH). Also significant for the budgets of territorial communities is the single tax on entrepreneurial activity, which was paid in the amount of 144.2 million UAH (22.5% of the total). Excise tax on the sale of alcohol, tobacco and fuel was paid in the amount of more than 17 million UAH (2.7% of total revenues).
In addition, insurers paid 473.4 million UAH of the single contribution to compulsory state social insurance, which ensured revenues growth by 12.3% or 51.9 million UAH more comparing to October 2019.
