Main Directorate of the STS in Rivne region reported that car owners paid 2 million 52 thousand UAH of the transport tax to local budgets during January – October 2020.
Car owners – legal entities paid 1 million 406 thousand UAH, respectively, individuals replenished local treasuries by 645 thousand UAH.
The largest amounts of transport tax were transferred to budgets of Rivne city, namely 875.4 thousand UAH, Rivne district – 349.2 thousand UAH, Mlynivskyi district – 121.3 thousand UAH, Sarny district 113.1 thousand UAH.
Reminder! Transport tax payers are individuals and legal entities, including non-residents who have their own cars registered in Ukraine according to the current legislation and if not more than 5 years have passed since the year of issue (inclusively) and the average market value of which is more than 375 times the minimum wage established by the law on the 1st of January of tax (reporting) year (1 million 771 thousand 125 UAH in 2020).
Transport tax rate is set per calendar year in the amount of 25 thousand UAH for each passenger car that is subject to taxation.
