Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region received 307 written citizens’ appeals during January – October 2020. Topics of appeals mostly concerned issues of control and verification work, consultations on tax legislation, etc. 354 such appeals were received during the corresponding period in 2019.
15 collective appeals were received and were considered within the timeframe specified by law.
“Creating comfortable conditions for taxpayers in the performance of their duties to pay taxes, fees, namely payments are a priority of regional Tax service. Priority is given to ensuring a comprehensive, qualified, objective consideration of appeals, prompt and timely resolution of identified issues.” – emphasized Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region Anna Chub.
In order to improve information exchange with citizens, Main Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region has special e-mail box dp.zvern436@tax.gov.ua, requests from which are accepted by employees during each working day according to the Law of Ukraine as of 02.10.1996 № 393 / 96-VR “On citizens’ appeals”.
