Main Directorate of the STS in Ivano-Frankivsk region reported that citizens – property owners paid 54.5 million UAH of the real estate other than land tax to local budgets during January – November 2020. This is 10.5 million UAH more than during the corresponding period in 2019.
Reminder! In 2020 the real estate other than land tax was accrued to individuals – owners of real estate in 2019. Obligation to pay this tax arises for individuals within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of tax notification-decision.
Citizens-owners of residential and non-residential real estate, who have not received the relevant notifications for payment of taxes at their tax addresses, can clarify the amount of accrued payments directly to the tax inspection at the place of registration or through the taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet.
Specifically, the Electronic Cabinet gives an opportunity for individuals to review the generated tax notifications-decisions on accrued tax liabilities from the real estate other than land tax, transport tax and land fees.
In addition, in the private part of Electronic Cabinet taxpayers – individuals have an opportunity to view data on movable and immovable property that are subject to taxation (land, houses, apartments, gardens (cottages), garages, cars, etc.) , information about which is obtained from registers of other state bodies and in respect of which tax notifications-decisions are formed.
Also, if necessary, the Electronic Cabinet contains service “Status of settlements with the budget” using which citizens can pay taxes, fees, payments and check calculations of the tax liabilities amount for such taxes.
