Head Main Directorate of the STS in Kharkiv region Lyudmila Slotyuk reported that budgets of all levels received more than 1.4 billion UAH of taxes and fees in November 2020. The level of revenues during the corresponding period in 2019 was exceeded almost by 34% or 368 million UAH.
Lyudmila Slotyuk stated that the state budget received more than 57 percent of the specified amount, which is 838 million UAH. Revenues growth comparing to last year’s figure is 56.5% or 302 million UAH. This was facilitated by a significant excess from collection of the value added tax – by 1.5 times (+105.8 million UAH), income tax – by 3.7 times (+191.9 million UAH), personal income UAH and military levy – by 11% (+16.5 million UAH).
Local budgets of all levels received 617.4 million UAH of taxes and fees in November 2020. Revenues growth comparing to November 2019 amounted to 11.8% or 65.3 million UAH.
The biggest contribution to local budgets was ensured from payment of the personal income tax, it amounted to almost 61% or 374.7 million UAH (by 11% or 37.4 million UAH more than figure in November 2019). More than 11.8% of revenues were transferred due to payment of the property tax (for land, real estate and transport), namely more than 73 million UAH. To fill budgets of territorial communities, it is important to pay the single tax on entrepreneurial activity (more than 14% of the total amount), which was paid in the amount of 87.3 million UAH. Share of excise tax on the sale of alcohol, tobacco and fuel is 17.6 million UAH (2.8% of total revenues).
In addition, insurers paid more than 467 million UAH of single contribution to compulsory state social insurance, which ensured revenues growth by 12.6% or 52.2 million UAH comparing to November 2019.
