Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region received 298 written requests for public information during January – November 2020.
As a result of requests’ consideration, particularly 263 were satisfied, 6 were sent as appropriate.
In order to improve information exchange with citizens, the Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region created a special e-mail box dp.publis@tax.gov.ua, requests for public information at which are accepted by employees of the controlling body during each working day.
In addition, Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region to ensure transparency of its activities publishes public information in the form of 6 open data sets on the “Unified State Web Portal of Open Data” and the subsite “Territorial bodies of the State Tax Service in Dnipropetrovsk region”.
