47 legal entities of Volyn region used the right to receive one-time compensation for business entities – legal entities of paid single contribution to compulsory state social insurance.
After processing of received information from employers, specifically regarding the absence of debt for the SSC payment, the tax specialists will compile Register of applicants of the one-time compensation for business entities.
“According to preliminary calculations, Volyn enterprises and companies that applied for compensation will be paid 547 thousand UAH of the state compensation for the costs from paid single contribution to compulsory state social insurance. Calculation of compensation takes into account amount of the single contribution paid by enterprises ten months before the date of entry into force of the Law №1071” – stated Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Volyn region Svitlana Savchuk.
Head of Volyn tax specialists emphasized that the STS specialists will strictly adhere to the deadlines set by law and will timely send formed Register of applicants of the one-time compensation to the Treasury.
Reminder! Only those business entities may apply for the one-time compensation whose main activity as of October 31, 2020 belonged to the list of economic activities defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in respect of which restrictive anti-epidemic measures related to the spread of coronavirus COVID- 19. List of business entities, whose activities may be restricted due to quarantine, includes 248 legal entities of Volyn region.
