Main Directorate of the STS in Vinnytsia region provided 152.3 thousand administrative services during 11 months of 2020. Regional taxpayers received them at 24 Service Centers. Here it is possible to get consulting, information and administrative services.
According to the Electronic services department, the most requested was service of issuing the taxpayer’s card, entering data on the registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card from the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers into the passport of a citizen of Ukraine (in the form of a booklet). 52.4 thousand of administrative services were provided during the reporting period.
Second and third most popular services were issuance of information from the State Register of Individual s – Taxpayers on the amounts / sources of paid income and withheld taxes and provision of an extract from the Register of Single Taxpayers. These services during January – November 2020 were provided in the amount of 32.6 thousand and 10.9 thousand, respectively.
For the taxpayers’ convenience, each service has an information card, which contains information about the entity providing administrative service, regulations governing it and conditions of its receipt.
As follows, from the information card taxpayers can learn about the list of documents required to obtain a certificate, procedure and method of their submission, date of its issuance, methods of obtaining the result and so on.
