As of the 1st of December 2020, almost 5.7 thousand cases of various categories for the total amount of 12.1 billion UAH were pending in courts of various instances with participation of the STS of Dnipropetrovsk region.
Of the lawsuits considered by courts during 2020, the number of 1039 cases for 3.7 billion UAH was resolved in favor of the STS of Dnipropetrovsk region.
Of the total number of administrative cases on taxpayers’ claims to the territorial bodies of the STS of Dnipropetrovsk region, the majority are cases of invalidation / expiration of tax notifications-decisions.
As follows, during 11 months of 2020, the number of 2906 such cases for 5.8 billion UAH was pending in the courts. Of these, 452 cases for 940.2 million UAH were considered and resolved by courts in favor of the State Tax Service.
