To generate certificates remotely can users who have: - valid certificates (for example, several days before the expiration of certificate); - unchanged registration data (name, address of registration of residence, organization code of the only state register of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine code, etc.); - private key that is accessible only to the user and is not compromised; To start using the new advanced service you need to download and install the latest version of the free software “IIT CSK -1 User”. |
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
- Qualified certificates of public keys are valid for no more than 2 (two) years from the moment of their formation.
- According to Rules of Qualified Electronic Trust Service Provider Accredited Key Certification Center of the STS, all qualified public key certificates are provided exclusively in electronic form by placing them on the official information resource of the Qualified electronic trust service provider ACS IDD of the STS (http://acskidd.gov.ua).
- Due to the fact that within electronic trust services it is not provided for the services of copying, printing and filling in of registration cards, forms and other documents, sale or free provision of key information storage media – the generation of private keys is done on user’s media (removable flash media, optical CD / DVD media, protected key media, etc.).
- In case of acquisition of electronic trust services, valid qualified public key certificates should be revoked before the expiration of the validity of the qualified public key certificates.
- Identification of individual who applied to the Qualified electronic trust service provider ACS IDD of the STS is carried out on the basis of passport of citizen of Ukraine but if it is absent – then on a basis of passport of citizen of another country with a notarized translation into Ukrainian, a temporary / permanent residence permission, a refugee certificate or a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad with a residence permission in a foreign country.
