Question №1: Where can be found information about the schedule of work, location of service points (separate registration points) of users of the Qualified Provider of ETS IDD STS and list of documents required for obtaining the ETS?

Answer:

Detailed information about the schedule of work, location of service points (separate registration points) of users of the Qualified provider of electronic trust services IDD STS (hereinafter referred to as QP ETS IDD STS) can be obtained from the official information resource of the QP ETS IDD STS (www.acskidd.gov.ua) at: Main / “Contacts” / “Service points” or Main / “Obtaining electronic trust services” / “Service points”.

List of documents required for obtaining the electronic trust services is given in the section “Obtaining electronic trust services” from official information resource of the QP ETS IDD STS (www.acskidd.gov.ua/ Main / “Obtaining electronic trust services”) in the section “Preparation of documents and registration”.

Question №2: Where can be found information about the (remote) re-generation of electronic certificates and under what conditions can they be generated?

Answer:

Detailed information about the (remote) re-generation of electronic certificates by the electronic request is posted on official information resource of the Qualified provider of electronic trust service IDD STS (https://acskidd.gov.ua).

(Remote) re-generation of certificates by the electronic request can be done online on official information resource of the QP ETS IDD STS at: Main / “(Remote) re-generation of certificates by the electronic request” / On-line (https://acskidd.gov.ua/manage-certificates) or by the software “IIT CSK-1 User”.

To start using the (remote) re-generation certificate by the electronic request service using software “IIT CSK-1 User”, the taxpayer must install the latest version of free software “IIT CSK -1 User” which is available for download at: Main / “(Remote) re-generation of certificates by electronic request” / “With the help of CSK User” or Main / “Obtaining electronic trust services” / “Software” / “Qualified Electronic Signature or Stamping Tool – “IIT CSK-1 User” / “IIT CSK -1.3.1 Installation Package (version: 1.3.1.46)”.

It should be noted that to use the (remote) re-generation of certificates will be able only to users who have:

- valid certificates (for example, a few days remain to expire);

- unchanged registration data (name, address of registration of residence, code from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine, etc.);

- not compromised personal key accessible only to the user.

Question №3: To which separate registration point of the Qualified provider of ETS IDD STS can the taxpayer apply to receive the ETS?

Answer:

The taxpayer can apply to any separate user registration point of the Qualified provider of electronic trust services IDD STS for obtaining electronic trust services.

Herewith, identification of individual who applied for obtaining the service for formation of the qualified public key certificate is carried out with condition of his / her personal presence.

Information about the schedule of work, location of service points (separate registration points) of users of the Qualified provider of electronic trust services IDD STS (hereinafter referred to as QP ETS IDD STS) can be obtained from the official information resource of the QP ETS IDD STS (www.acskidd.gov.ua) by the link Main / “Contacts” / “Service points” or Main / “Obtaining electronic trust services” / “Service points”.

Question №4: Is it possible to carry out the initial registration procedure in the Qualified provider of ETS IDD STS via the Internet without a personal presence at the center?

Answer:

Initial procedure for obtaining electronic trust services from Qualified provider of electronic trust services IDD STS does not envisage the possibility of applicant’s registration via the Internet.

According to the requirements of Regulation of the QP ETS IDD STS, the applicant must be personally present during the initial registration procedure.

Question №5: Where can be found the application form to change the status of the qualified public key certificate for blocking, revoking or renewing the qualified public key certificate?

Answer:

Application form to change the status of the qualified public key certificate for blocking, revoking or renewing the qualified public key certificate (hereinafter – the application) is posted on the official information resource of the Qualified provider of electronic trust services IDD STS (www.acskidd.gov.ua) in the section “Revocation, blocking, renewal of certificates”.

Blocking or revoking the qualified certificate can be done by the telephone. Vocal application is submitted by the applicant (user) to the QP ETS IDD STS by means of telephone communication: (044) 284-00-10; applicant must inform the registration administrator the following information:

-          identification data of holder of the qualified certificate;

-          voice authentication key phrase.

Vocal application is accepted only in case of positive authentication (coincidence of voice phrase and user’s ID with information in the certificate register).

Written is submitted to the separate registration point of the Qualified Provider of ETS IDD STS in a prescribed form and certified by the handwritten signature of the applicant (user).
