State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that territorial bodies of the State Tax Service have been determined as licensing bodies for the wholesale of ethyl alcohol, rectified grape ethyl alcohol, rectified fruit ethyl alcohol, alcohol beverages, tobacco products, liquids used in electronic cigarettes and fuel since the 1st of January 2021 in connection with entry into force of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 23.12.2020 № 1308 “On amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 05.08.2015 № 609”.
Based on the above mentioned, business entities that intend to obtain, reissue, make the next payment for licenses for the wholesale of ethyl alcohol, rectified grape ethyl alcohol, rectified fruit ethyl alcohol, alcohol beverages, tobacco products, liquids used in electronic cigarettes, wholesale of fuel in the absence of places of wholesale trade should apply to Main Directorates of the State Tax Service in regions and Kyiv city at the location of business entity (main registration place).
If the business entity carries out wholesale of fuel if there are places of wholesale trade and / or wholesale of alcohol beverages or tobacco products, or liquids used in electronic cigarettes through a branch (which is not a legal entity), the business entity must apply to Main Directorates of the State Tax Service in regions and Kyiv city at the place of entrepreneurial activity.
