Regarding acceptance of electronic documents of excise invoice, adjustment calculation to excise invoice, application for replenishment (adjustment) of fuel balance, application for replenishment (adjustment) of ethyl alcohol balance according to forms approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 27.11.2020 № 729
On 27.01.2021 came into force Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 27.11.2020 № 729 “On approval of application forms for registration of excise tax payer for sale of fuel or ethyl alcohol and / or excise warehouses, excise invoice, adjustment calculation to excise invoice, application for replenishment (adjustment) of fuel balance, application for replenishment (adjustment) of ethyl alcohol balance, Procedure for filling in the excise invoice, adjustment calculation to excise invoice, application for replenishment (adjustment) of fuel balance, application for replenishment (adjustment) of ethyl alcohol balance” (hereinafter – the Order № 729) registered at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 14.12.2020 № 1241/35524.
In connection with the software testing for acceptance and processing of new electronic forms of documents (excise invoice, adjustment calculation to excise invoice, application for replenishment (adjustment) of fuel balance, application for replenishment (adjustment) of ethyl alcohol balance, approved by the Order № 729), the term of acceptance of electronic documents according to the previous forms is extended:
excise invoice under form “P” – J (F) 1203201;
adjustment calculation to excise invoice under form “P” – J (F) 1203301;
application for replenishment (adjustment) of fuel
balance – J (F) 0210901;
excise invoice under form “C” – J (F) 1203401;
adjustment calculation to excise invoice under form “C” – J (F) 1203501;
application for replenishment (adjustment) of ethyl alcohol
balance – J (F) 0209902.
