Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated 18.05.2020 № 217 “On approval of Procedure for information interaction of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and banks in the process of transfer of collection orders (instructions) in the electronic form” (hereinafter – Procedure № 217) registered at the Ministry of Justice on 13.07.2020 № 654/34937 entered into force on 31.01.2021.
Norms of Procedure № 217, particularly provide for the development (refinement) of software in terms of creating the possibility of transmission / receipt by the State Tax Service of collection orders (instructions) to / from banks and Treasury bodies in the electronic form and testing.
Until the implementation of these rules, the State Tax Service will continue to send collection orders (instructions) to the paying banks in a paper form according to requirements of Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine from 21.01.2004 № 22 “On approval of the Instruction on non-cash payments in Ukraine in national currency”.
Date of the beginning of testing of the corresponding software will be additionally informed.
