New forms of tax invoice and value added tax reporting are coming into force

New forms of VAT reporting and tax invoice have been approved, which contain rows and columns created to reflect information about the taxpayers’ operations for the supply of certain types of agricultural products subject to the 14% VAT rate.

From 16.03.2021, the taxpayers will be able to register tax invoices / calculation adjustments to tax invoices in the Unified register of tax invoices, which are subject to compilation of operations for the supply of certain types of agricultural products carried out from 01.03.2021.

Relevant Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 01.03.2021 № 131 “On amendments to certain legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine” was registered at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 11.03.2021 № 310/35932.
