In order to ensure provision of qualified electronic trust services for the period of measures aimed at preventing the emergence and spread of coronavirus COVID-19 in Ukraine and in connection with adoption of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 22.07.2020 № 641”On establishment of quarantine and introduction of enhanced anti-epidemic measures in the area with a significant spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2” (with amendments) it should be reminded that all users of a qualified provider of electronic trust services of the Information and Reference Department of the State Tax Service (hereinafter – the Provider) have access to the electronic service of Repeated (remote) formation of certificates by the electronic request.
The main advantage of electronic service is a possibility of remote round-the-clock formation of certificates, without obligatory visit of the Provider’s representative offices.
It should be noted that only those users who have:
valid certificates (for example, there are a few days left until the certificates expire);
unchanged registration data (name, address of registration of residence, data from the only state register code of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine, etc.);
private key available only to the user and is not compromised.

At the same time, the Provider also has online service “Remote certification for software RCO (legal entities)”, which consists in generating new qualified certificate for the applicant who is the owner of valid qualified certificate generated by the Provider.
This service can be used only by those users (legal entity’s representative) who have:
valid certificates;
private key available only to the user and is not compromised.
Formation of a qualified electronic seal certificate for the software RCO involves formation of new certificate for up to 2 years. Such formation is performed exclusively on the basis of relevant electronic application, which contains a request for the formation of qualified electronic seal certificate for software RCO and signed by the qualified electronic signature corresponding to valid qualified user certificate (legal entity’s representative).
