Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 18.06.2020 № 306 “On amendments to Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 21.01.2016 № 13” (hereinafter – Order № 306) and Order as of 18.06.2021 № 329 “On approval of amendments to Regulations on the form and content of settlement documents / electronic settlement documents” (hereinafter – Order № 329) stipulate changes to Regulations on the form and content of settlement documents.
These changes relate to requisites of the fiscal cashier’s checks for goods (products, services) created and printed by registrars of settlement operations and its software version.
Therefore, until 01.08.2021 registrars of settlement operations, versions of internal software which were in the State register of registrars of settlement operations before the entry into force of the Order № 306 but were not registered at the STS, must be finalized by their manufacturers (suppliers) to be able to meet requirements for the form and content of settlement documents / electronic settlement documents that form registrars of settlement operations.
Registrars of settlement operations must be technically prepared to be able to display the following in cash checks:
- name (title) of the business entity;
- rounding of the amount due;
- indication of the transaction currency;
- name (title) of the payment system.
In connection with adoption of Order № 329, registrars of settlement operations by 01.10.2021 must be finally technically prepared to reflect in cash checks:
- value of bar code of the excise tax mark on alcoholic beverages.
