Declaration forms on the maximum retail prices for excisable goods (products) have been changed

Declarations on the maximum retail prices for excisable goods (products) will be accepted in new forms starting from August 2021. As follows, Declarations are submitted:

under the code form J / F0208904 for the maximum retail prices, which are introduced from the first day of month (deadline for submission of Declaration from the 15^th to the 25^th day (inclusively) of month preceding the month of price introduction);

under the code form J / F0207704 for the maximum retail prices, which are introduced from the fifteenth day of month (deadline for submission of Declaration from the 1^st to the 10^th day (inclusively) of month of price introduction).

In August 2021, the Declarations will be accepted:

from the beginning of month to 10.08.2021 (inclusively) for the code form J / F0207704 (for the maximum retail prices, which are introduced from 15.08.2021);

from 15.08.2021 to 25.08.2021 (inclusively) for the code form J / F0208904 (for the maximum retail prices, which are introduced from 01.09.2021).

Declarations on the maximum retail prices for excisable goods (products) are submitted in the forms approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 15.04.2021 № 218 “On amendments to the Declaration forms on the maximum retail prices for excisable goods (products) and Procedure for compiling and submitting Declaration on the maximum retail prices for excisable goods (products)”.
