Selling products, buyers agree to transfer funds from their card account to individual’s card account and not to the account of an individual – entrepreneur.
In most cases, sellers who use such sales scheme are not registered in the prescribed manner.
Herewith, the buyer does not receive a fiscal check, loses the warranty on products and even risks not receiving it.
Such phenomenon negatively affects the state budget.
State Tax Service asks citizens to avoid sellers’ offers to pay for products on individuals’ card accounts and to ask for fiscal checks from sellers.
Fiscal check is a guarantee of receiving quality, safe and certified products, fulfillment of warranty obligations by the seller, as well as payment of all due taxes to the state treasury.
