Amendments to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers as of Ukraine of 23.08.2000 № 1336 “On ensuring implementation of Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine “On the use of registrars of settlement operations in of trade, public catering and services” came into force on 09.02.2022.
Specified amendments were made according to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers as of 09.02.2022 № 95 “On amendments to the List of certain forms and conditions of conducting activities in trade, public catering and services permitted to conduct settlement operations without usage of registrars of settlement operations / or software registrars of settlement operations using settlement books and accounting books of settlement operations” and extended the effect of Paragraphs 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 17, 22 of the List approved by Resolution not only to the territory of villages, but also to settlements throughout Ukraine.
Please note that all settlements that had status of “urban-type village” now belong to settlements with “village” status according to the administrative-territorial structure of Ukraine.
Accordingly, business entities operating in their territory have right to use benefits established by Paragraphs 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 17, 22 of the List in full.
