Registration of tax invoices and adjustment calculations of quantitative and cost indicators compiled according to the new form will be conducted in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices starting from 01.03.2022
Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 17.01.2022 № 15 “On Amendments to Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 31.12.2015 № 1307”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 02.02.2022 under № 129/37465, entered into force on 16.02.2022 and made amendments to the form of tax invoice and Procedure of its filling in, in terms of amending it with separate provisions on filling in the tax invoice in case of supply of tobacco products, tobacco and industrial tobacco substitutes, liquids used in electronic cigarettes for which there are established maximum retail prices and the tax base.
In order to enable taxpayers to reconfigure their own software products, registration of tax invoices and adjustment calculations of quantitative and cost indicators compiled according to the new form in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices will be conducted starting from 01.03.2022.
New formats of tax invoice (J / F1201013) and adjustment calculation of quantitative and cost indicators (J / F1201213), which from 01.03.2022 will be accepted for registration in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices are posted on the web portal of the State Tax Service at the link:
