Reminder! Citizens have opportunity to notify the State Tax Service via the "StopViolationBot" chatbot in the Telegram messenger about known facts of legislative violations, in particular, regarding:
- non-use of RRO/PRRO, non-issuance of checks;
- refusal to pay by the bank card;
- increase in prices for food products, medicines;
- non-registration of labor relations with employees;
- conduction of business activities without state registration.
Recently, the State Tax Service’s chatbot received information about illegal activity of a service provision facility in the Dnipro city. On behalf of the State Tax Service, the regional territorial body promptly collected the evidence base of illegal activity and organized actual audit, during which a number of significant violations were discovered, in particular:
- conduction of activities without state registration;
- settlement with service consumers in foreign currency;
- use of undocumented employees.
Based on the audit results, the tax authorities compiled act of actual audit and, together with the National Police unit, compiled report on the administrative offense under Article 164 of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses.
As a result, the violator will be held financially, administratively and administratively liable according to terms and conditions specified by current legislation.
At the same time, please note that the State Tax Service will continue to use all powers provided by the law to ensure control over the taxpayers’ activities.
