Regarding introduction of new forms of reports on volumes of production and circulation (including import and export) of ethyl alcohol (including bioethanol), alcohol distillates, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes
State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 296 as of 18.06.2024 (with changes)*, which was published on 02.08.2024 in the Ofitsiynyy visnyk Ukrayiny № 67, 2024:
approved new forms of reports on volumes of production and circulation (including import and export) of ethyl alcohol (including bioethanol), alcohol distillates, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes;
recognized as having lost validity of form of reports approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 49 as of 11.02.2016**.
New forms of reports are introduced from October 1, 2024 and are submitted:
form № 1-VP "Report on volumes of production and circulation (including import and export) of ethyl alcohol (including bioethanol), alcohol distillates, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes":
producers of ethyl alcohol (including bioethanol), alcohol distillates, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, liquids used in electronic cigarettes and carrying out such activities and/or export, import of the specified products/goods – every month, until the 10th of the following month;
small distillate productions – quarterly, not later than the 20th of month following reporting quarter;
small productions of wine products – not later than the 20th of month following reporting year;
form № 1-OP "Report on volumes of circulation (including import and export) of ethyl alcohol (including bioethanol), alcohol distillates, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes":
by business entities (except manufacturers) that carry out wholesale of ethyl alcohol (including bioethanol), alcohol distillates, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, liquids used in electronic cigarettes and carry out such activities and/or export, import of the specified products – every month, until the 10th of the following month.
