In order to obtain information necessary to identify corruption risks in the development of anti-corruption program of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, information on assessing the corruption level by employees of the State Tax Service, their awareness of corruption, possible influence on them in the performance of official duties and organization of work with corruption prevention in the State Tax Service, please answer questions in the following questionnaire.
