Government has approved implementation of experimental project on the functioning of tax risk management systemChapter: National Revenue Strategy

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution on implementation of experimental project on the functioning of tax risk management system (compliance risks) in the State Tax Service in order to implement National Revenue Strategy until 2030.

Specified project provides for implementation of international management approaches based on management of tax risks (compliance risks) in organization and activities of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, with an aim of increasing level of compliance by taxpayers with their tax obligations.

Focusing on identification of systemic problems and development of strategies to solve them, specialists of the State Tax Service are actively working on implementation of tax risk management system (compliance risks). This is important stage in activities of the State Tax Service, aimed at ensuring compliance by taxpayers with legislation.

Such approach allows not only to identify and avoid potential violations, but also to develop system of strategies for their prevention and resolution, taking into account complex essence of tax risks, and use of tax risk management system (compliance risks) will significantly increase effectiveness of the tax system.
