Apply the Contact Center of the State Tax Service of Ukraine via chat and messengers

From now the Contact Center of the State Tax Service of Ukraine has chat in “ZIR” and messengers – Viber and Telegram. This was reported by the Director of Information and reference department of the STS Ivan Romanov.

“We have launched chat and messengers. It can be accessed from the web portal of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, section “Public information and reference resource” https://tax.gov.ua/ and also from the site of Public information and reference resource (abbreviated ZIR) https://zir.tax.gov.ua/, or its mobile version” – stated Ivan Romanov.

According to him, the client’s assessment of provided consultation has also been launched. From now it is the client who will determine how useful the assistance was provided to him / her and his assessment will help to fill the “Knowledge base” and improve the quality of information and reference services of the State Tax Service.
