Contact center of the State Tax Service has provided answers to 183.3 thousand taxpayers’ appeals since the beginning of 2023

Contact Center of the State Tax Service has provided answers to 183.3 thousand appeals of individuals and legal entities over January – February 2023. Of the total number of appeals: 160 thousand were answered by telephone, 987– by e-mail and fax and 22.3 thousand – by chat in messengers.

Taxpayers the most often applied for information regarding the personal income tax, military levy, single contribution to obligatory state social insurance single tax, usage of registrars of settlement operations, value added tax and status of electronic reporting processing.

Business entities and citizens also have opportunity to use the Knowledge Base – an automated database of unified answers to questions from individuals and legal entities. It is posted on the official web portal of the STS in section “Questions – answers from the Knowledge Base” of the Public information and reference resource (ZIR).

Visitors of the portal can find answers to questions that interest them at any convenient time. Individuals and legal entities have made 893.7 thousand visits to ZIR since the beginning of year.

Knowledge Base is constantly updated and kept up to date. Validity of 331 unified questions and answers was limited due to legislative changes during January – February 2023 and 258 were introduced in the new edition.
