State Tax Service has processed almost 1 thousand business appeals that were sent to the communication tax platforms since the beginning of yearChapter: News

Communication tax platforms operate in bodies of the State Tax Service for operational communication with business. Using them, taxpayers can get help in solving problematic issues. This format of communication with the State Tax Service allows to quickly and qualitatively solve problems that the taxpayers face in process of economic activity.

Almost 1 thousand appeals have been received on communication tax platforms since the beginning of 2023. All issues raised in appeals have been processed with provision of feedback to the applicant. For more detailed consideration of individual appeals, business meetings were organized with specialists of specialized departments of the State Tax Service.

402 meetings with business associations and civil society institutions were held in bodies of the State Tax Service in order to clarify norms of tax legislation and provide answers to the most common questions received from the taxpayers.

In addition, "hotlines" are organized in each region, where payers have opportunity to receive consulting assistance and answers to questions. List of these phones is posted on web portal of the State Tax Service and is constantly updated.

State Tax Service of Ukraine is always ready to support taxpayers and is open to dialogue with business associations and civil society institutions.
