State Tax Service and Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine held a webinar on excise taxation and licensing of excisable products

Excise taxation and licensing of excisable products during the martial law was topic of new webinar for taxpayers, conducted by representatives of the State Tax Service and Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine.

Participants answered topical questions of the excise tax payers. In particular, they were informed about peculiarities of filling in excise invoices, adjustment calculations and applications for replenishment of the remaining amount of fuel. Tax officials explained typical mistakes made by the taxpayers and gave practical recommendations to avoid them.

Peculiarities of licensing activities for production, circulation and storage of fuel were also considered. Representatives of the State Tax Service focused on types of violations during operations with fuel for which liability is provided. Such warnings and awareness will help taxpayers to conduct financial operations in economic activities without tax risks.

In addition, specialists of the State Tax Service informed about main legislative innovations in the excise taxation, main changes in the excise tax declaration form and nuances of filling in its annexes and application of the excise tax rates.
