Issues in taxation sphere with which business entities applied to the Business Ombudsman Council became subject of discussion during the meeting of expert groups of the State Tax Service and the Council.

In particular, appeals of taxpayers regarding registration suspension of tax invoices/adjustment calculations, removal of enterprises from category of risk payers, functioning of the automated VAT administration system, execution of court decisions, VAT reimbursement, etc., were considered.

Specialists of the State Tax Service also provided explanation regarding certain procedures and application of norms of the Law of Ukraine No. 3050-ХХ as of 11.04.2023 "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts of Ukraine regarding exemption from payment of the environmental tax, land payment and tax on immovable property other than land plot, for destroyed or damaged real estate".
