Taxpayers can quickly and easily find information they need using the search field, which is placed on every page of web portal of the State Tax Service and provides a convenient search for information on the site for maximum efficiency. Advanced search system allows finding information by either an exact phrase or a keyword or its part. This helps to quickly find needed information, even if you don't know exact name or terminology.

In addition, answers to questions about the transfer pricing and international taxation can be found directly in the "Transfer Pricing and International Taxation" section of the "Activity" section of the main page. This sub-section consists of several directions, namely:

-transfer pricing;

-controlled foreign companies;

-taxation of non-resident incomes;

-non-residents (permanent representative offices).

Given changes in tax legislation, complexity and novelty of direction, the Transfer Pricing Department is constantly working on the up-to-date informational materials to fill the specified sub-sections. It is worth noting that the "Online education" section (https://tax.gov.ua/baneryi/onlayn-navchannya) has recently been launched on web portal of the State Tax Service. Structure of the educational section also includes sub-section on the Transfer Pricing and International Taxation.

It is also appropriate to remind about operation in each territorial body of the State Tax Service of relevant units that are open to dialogue with business. Specialists of the Transfer Pricing Department are always involved in initiatives of public and other organizations to participate in events and online discussions on the following topics: control over the transfer pricing, payment of passive income, activities of non-residents and controlled foreign companies.
