Topical taxation issues – topic of the next, ninth since the beginning of this year, joint webinar of the State Tax Service and Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine.

During the event, changes to the Procedure for registration suspension of tax invoice/ adjustment calculation in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices, introduced by Resolution No. 574 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 02.06.2023, were considered.

Specialists of the State Tax Service explained innovations in mechanism of automated monitoring of compliance of tax invoices/adjustment calculations with criteria for assessing the risk’s degree. They talked about new approaches to the application of the taxpayer's data table, mechanisms of automatic registration of tax invoices/adjustment calculations in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices.

​Participants of the event were informed about changes regarding the administrative appeal of decisions of the regional level commission on registration suspension of tax invoices/adjustment calculations in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices.

Answers were also provided to questions received from business entities – members of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine, in particular, regarding procedure for filling in the "Payment purpose" of payment instructions in the process of paying taxes, levies, other payments and single contribution.
